Table Space Expands Hyderabad Portfolio to 1.56 Million Square Feet as Enterprise Demand Grows

Hyderabad, October 7, 2026: Flexible workspace operator Table Space has expanded its Hyderabad portfolio to 1.56 million square feet of leasable area, according to a press release issued by the company.

The growth comes eight years after Table Space opened its first center in the city in 2017. The operator’s presence has expanded from established technology hubs such as HITEC City and Gachibowli into emerging commercial locations including Nanakramguda and Neopolis.

As part of its expansion, global local-commerce platform DoorDash has selected Table Space as its workspace partner to establish its first India talent hub in Hyderabad. The engagement is structured across two phases, beginning with an initial office and followed by a larger, longer-term workplace in HITEC City. Under the managed-office model, Table Space is overseeing the lease, design, construction, and operational management of the property.

Nitish Bhasin, Chief Sales Officer at Table Space, commented on the market shift in the region. “What is changing in Hyderabad is not simply the number of global enterprises entering the city, but the depth of the mandates being built here. Companies are adding teams, functions and capabilities, and that is changing what they need from their workplaces — from speed at entry to customisation, technology, compliance and the ability to scale,” Bhasin said. “DoorDash is a strong example of this evolution. Its decision to establish its first India talent hub in Hyderabad reflects the kind of global enterprise activity the city is attracting.”

David Ives, Global Director of Real Estate and Workplace at DoorDash, highlighted the strategic value of the partnership. “Establishing the first talent hub in India is an important milestone for DoorDash, and having the right workplace partner is an important part of building our presence in Hyderabad,” Ives said. “Table Space’s local expertise and ability to support us from our initial office through to our longer-term home in HITEC City gives us the flexibility to establish our teams and build for the future.”

According to a CBRE industry report cited in the release, Hyderabad holds approximately 113 million square feet of Grade A office inventory and hosts over 515 Global Capability Centre (GCC) units, placing it second nationally behind Bengaluru.
