Tata Realty’s Intellion Park Chennai Achieves India’s Largest WELL Core Platinum Campus Certification
Chennai, June 17, 2026: Tata Realty & Infrastructure Ltd. announced that its Intellion Park Chennai campus, formerly known as Ramanujan IT Park, has secured the prestigious WELL Core Platinum certification across all of its buildings from the International WELL Building Institute. This milestone establishes the development as India’s largest WELL Core Platinum Certified campus, marking the country’s first single development to host such a large cluster of WELL Platinum-certified buildings. On a global scale, the achievement places the campus among the world’s largest to secure WELL certification at this magnitude, highlighting a rare consistency in design and daily operational standards, Tata Realty & Infrastructure said in a press release.
The rigorous WELL Core Platinum certification assesses ten distinct parameters that directly impact occupant health and workplace productivity, focusing closely on air quality, light quality, thermal comfort, and acoustic design. By meeting these requirements across an entire multi-building cluster, Intellion Park Chennai distinguishes itself globally alongside its prior achievement as India’s first IFC EDGE Zero Carbon-certified development. The combined certifications reinforce the company’s position in creating environmentally responsible and future-ready commercial workspaces.
