Tata Value Homes launches ‘New Haven’ near Mumbai
Tata Value Homes Limited, a 100 per cent subsidiary of Tata Housing Development Company Limited, on Thursday announced the launch of its second affordable housing project in Boisar, near Mumbai.
Launched under the brand New Haven, the project aims to fulfill the lifestyle aspirations of a common man at an affordable cost. The spacious complex in Boisar will offer 1 to 2.5 BHK residences at a starting price of Rs. 17.1 lakh.
According to a press release, the apartments located at Boisar, an upcoming commercial and residential suburb near Mumbai will be centred on the Tata Value Homes philosophy of creating a positive ecosystem and providing a sense of place and community life that would become the first choice for the Indian home buyers.
Brotin Banerjee, MD & CEO, Tata Housing Development Company, said, “With a shortfall of over 21 million dwelling units, there is a lot of untapped demand for quality affordable housing projects across India. Being an important part of Tata Housing’s growth strategy, the launch of our second project at Boisar is in line with our expansion plans in the affordable housing.”
