Telangana Approves Largest Wellness-Centric 5-Star Branded Resort At Ridhira Zen

New Delhi, September 30, 2025: The Ridhira Group has partnered with the Government of Telangana in advancing its wellness tourism vision, with a focus on creating world-class destinations that embody holistic living. Strengthening this collaboration, the group has secured the official Letter of Award from the State’s Youth Advancement, Tourism, and Culture (YATC) Department to develop a flagship 5-star branded resort at Ridhira Zen near Shankarpally in Ranga Reddy District. The announcement at the Telangana Tourism Conclave 2025 marks a defining milestone in the state’s wellness tourism growth strategy.

With an estimated investment of around INR 200 crore, the sprawling project spread over six Acres will feature a 5-star branded resort with 10,000 square feet of Global Wellness Centre and Spa, upscale villas, and premium plots. Ridhira Zen redefines luxury wellness living in India, and the 5-Star branded resort would be the largest wellness centric resort in the region .
