New Delhi, June 11, 2026: Experiential luxury real estate brand Terra Grande by Eldeco has announced its next phase of growth across Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. The expansion follows the complete sell-out of Phase I of its flagship project in Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh, marking a significant milestone in the brand’s vision of creating thoughtfully designed luxury second-home communities that blend architecture, wellness, nature, and hospitality-led living. Backed by Eldeco’s four-decade legacy in real estate development, Terra Grande continues to strengthen its position in India’s rapidly evolving luxury second-home market, it said in a press release.

Terra Grande Announces Major Expansion in Himachal and Uttarakhand Following Sell-Out of Flagship Project

The expansion strategy comes on the heels of overwhelming success at Terra Grande’s ongoing 29-acre development in Sirmaur (Kasauli Hills). Phase I of the project, which comprises 39 luxury villas spread across 16 acres, has witnessed a complete sell-out. Priced between ₹8 crore and ₹10 crore, the low-density development has emerged as one of North India’s most sought-after luxury second-home destinations, resonating strongly with discerning buyers seeking privacy, wellness, and curated lifestyle experiences beyond conventional holiday homes.

Following this initial success, Terra Grande is preparing to unveil Phase 2 of the Sirmaur development while simultaneously expanding its footprint across other high-potential mountain destinations. Alongside its ongoing projects in Sirmaur and a 12.5-acre development in Narendra Nagar near Rishikesh, the brand plans to launch three new projects. These include a 2.5-acre luxury development in Kalth, Solan, an 8.5-acre wellness-focused villa community near Rishikesh, and an additional 12-acre luxury second-home project in Sirmaur. Together, these five projects span approximately 61.5 acres and will feature more than 100 luxury residences.

Commenting on the expansion, Amar Kapoor, CEO, Terra Grande, said: “The overwhelming response to Terra Grande Sirmaur validates our belief that luxury second homes are emerging as a distinct lifestyle category in India. The complete sell-out of Phase I has reinforced our conviction in creating thoughtfully planned, low-density communities that combine nature, wellness, privacy and design excellence. As we prepare the next phase of growth in Sirmaur and expand across Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand, our focus remains on delivering exceptional living experiences in destinations that offer long-term lifestyle and investment value. We believe the demand for curated luxury second homes will continue to grow as buyers increasingly seek meaningful escapes and deeper connections with nature.”
