The Better Co plans new market forays

The Better Co, a new-age, end-to-end home construction company, is planning a foray into new markets, like Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Mysore, Chennai, and Delhi in 2021.
The company will also be setting up offices in these locations and relocating some employees from its Bengaluru headquarters while also carrying out local hiring, said a press release.
The Better Co, it said, has noted increasing demand for private residences post COVID-19 outbreak. It is, thus, looking at developing regions where the cost of living is affordable while amenities are abundant, added the release.
Speaking on the expansion plans, Fahim Alam, CEO, The Better Co, said, “We are excited to expand our operations to such promising markets across the country. For instance, Ahmedabad, with burgeoning tourism and ample tile manufacturing companies, will help The Better Co grow as an end-to-end construction company. Regions like Surat, Gandhinagar, Chandrakala are gaining exceptional traction on the back of impressive development over the last few years. We are eyeing to complete 300 projects in this financial year.”
