The Guardians Real Estate Advisory Announces Two Subsidiaries
Mumbai, November 20, 2023: The Guardians Real Estate Advisory, announced the debut of two verticals, The Guardians Cavalry and The Guardians Luxury.
A press release issued by the company says that, The Guardians Cavalry intends to serve rising developers with project value under Rs 100 crore. This section has been deliberately designed to enable developers working on projects as small as 10 units by providing strategic guidance, professional advice, and transformative solutions.
The Guardians Luxury offers an elite section dedicated solely to selling high-value residences and projects. It caters to properties that are individually worth between Rs 10 crore and Rs 100 crore.
