Total Environment Appoints Pramod Bisht MD & CEO of Real Estate Development
Bengaluru, September 29, 2025: Total Environment has announced the appointment of Pramod Bisht as MD & CEO for its Real Estate Development vertical. With a distinguished career spanning nearly three decades, Pramod brings a wealth of experience in scaling businesses, driving transformation, instituting operational excellence, and delivering strong enterprise value.
Bisht has held senior leadership positions across leading organizations, including Godrej Properties, Tata Realty, Lodha Developers, Altisource, and the AXA Group. Most recently, as CEO for South India at Godrej Properties, Pramod successfully scaled the business with significant expansion in market share and managed a portfolio with annual sales bookings exceeding INR 6,500 crore. Pramod holds an Advanced Management degree from The Wharton School, an MBA from IIM Bangalore, and a B.E. in Electronics Engineering from the Delhi College of Engineering.
In his new role, Pramod will spearhead Total Environment’s Real Estate growth strategy, focusing on unlocking development opportunities in line with the group’s vision, leveraging strategic partnerships, and building capabilities to drive timely and successful project delivery.
