Trilive by Tribeca Brings Studio Living to Forefront of Urban Housing Market
Mumbai, September 12, 2025: Tribeca Developers has announced the launch of Trilive earlier this year, a premium managed studio living concept aimed at redefining how young professionals experience urban housing in India.
The first project under the Trilive brand, located in Marol, Andheri East, introduces 650 fully managed, app-enabled studio apartments designed for the modern workforce. Each unit is supported with features like coworking zones, fitness areas, rooftop gardens, and smart-home technology, offering a lifestyle that blends convenience, community, and contemporary design.
For investors, Trilive presents a strong value proposition, with assured 6 per cent rental yields, long-term leasebacks, and lower vacancy rates compared to conventional apartments.

Rajat Khandelwal, CEO, Tribeca Developers, said: “The rise of managed solo living is rapidly shaping urban lifestyles, with millennials and Gen Z embracing independence, flexibility, comfort, and convenience more than ever. With Trilive, we are addressing this demand by offering a fully managed, premium studio apartment concept that combines exceptional location, modern amenities, and a vibrant community. This segment represents one of the most exciting growth opportunities in Indian real estate, and Trilive is positioned to lead the category.”
The launch comes at a time when studios are gaining traction as both a lifestyle choice and an investment class. Surveys indicate that 74 per cent of young professionals prefer studios, with the number rising to 82 per cent in Mumbai, reflecting a strong shift toward compact, well-located housing. At the same time, India’s housing supply is yet to catch up, with studios comprising just 0.5 per cent of the country’s total stock, leaving a significant demand gap.
Recognizing this opportunity, Tribeca plans to scale Trilive to 7,000–8,000 beds across major metros, making it one of the largest managed studio living platforms in the country.
With Trilive, Tribeca Developers is not only filling a supply gap but also creating a new category of urban housing that reflects the evolving aspirations of India’s young workforce.
