Truliv Unveils India’s Largest Built-to-Suit Co-Living Project in Chennai

Chennai, November 25, 2025: Truliv, one of India’s biggest co-living operators, has officially unveiled Truliv Hercules, the country’s largest and first-ever project that was completely custom-designed and built for co-living, truly changing how young Indian professionals live today. Located right in Chennai’s bustling OMR corridor, this massive 1,39,776 square feet development features 728 beds spread across 14 floors.
India’s co-living market is set to boom, expected to grow at an annual rate of over 15 per cent by 2027. This growth is fuelled by more people moving to cities, flexible work setups, and young people wanting a life that’s centred on convenience.
This whole project was conceptualised and executed using Truliv’s unique Build–Sell–Lease–Operate (B.S.L.O) model. Truliv Hercules blends comfort, community, and technology. Safety and sustainability were massive priorities in the design. Truliv Hercules provides round-the-clock CCTV, robust fire safety systems, trained security staff, and medical help just a call away.
Truliv Hercules is right there on Navalur near all the major IT parks and business centers, making it the best home base for any professional working along Chennai’s OMR corridor.

“Truliv Hercules is more than just another co-living building—it’s a vision we made happen,” said Rohit Reddy, CEO & Co-founder. “With our B.S.L.O model, we can manage every single step, from the moment we buy the land all the way through daily operations. That means we don’t just promise efficiency; we guarantee a lifestyle that actually works for young professionals. Our whole focus is on creating places that feel like a real home, not just some temporary hostel.”
With Hercules now its major flagship property, Truliv is rapidly expanding its presence across India’s major cities. The company currently manages over 2,200 beds across more than 22 properties in Chennai, has signed deals for 1,500 beds in Pune, and has a pipeline of over 3,000 beds planned for Bengaluru and Hyderabad. Truliv’s goal is to hit more than 10,000 beds within the next three years.
