Tulip Infratech receives award for Affordable Housing project
Tulip Infratech, one of the leading Real estate development organizations in NCR Gurgaon area received the award of ‘Scroll of Honour for Exceptional Contribution in Residential – Affordable Housing Segment’ at a glittering Convention ceremony of NAREDCO.
The award was presented by Mr Nitin Gadkari, Minister for Road Transport, Highways and Shipping to Mr Vipin Jain, Director of Tulip Infratech. This Affordable Housing award was given to Tulip Infratech’s prestigious ‘Tulip Lemon’ Affordable Housing project.
Located at Sector 69 Gurgaon, Tulip Lemon the Affordable Housing project comprises of a few towers of 2BHK & 1BHK units. The special feature of this project is that it is using the latest construction ‘Mivan’ technology. This is an Aluminium form work technology where the whole structure is of RCC (Reinforced Cement concrete) and brick walls are not used. This gives a very strong earthquake resistant structure, easy to make typical floors with cement concrete pouring at one go for a large area with pipes & conduits embedded in it , time taken reduced to a great extent for construction and results in an impeccable smooth finish.
