TVS ILP Leases Andhra Facility to Toyota Group Company for Regional Parts Center
Visakhapatnam, November 26, 2025: TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks has leased over 33,000 square feet of space of its facility in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, to Toyota Bharat Integrated Services (TBIS), a Toyota group company, the Japanese automotive manufacturer.
TVS ILP and TBIS teams at the Visakhapatnam facility inauguration. TBIS recently conducted an inauguration ceremony at the facility which saw the participation of their senior management representatives from both Japan and India.
By establishing this facility with TVS ILP, TBIS aims to strengthen parts availability and accelerate service timelines, ensuring a more reliable customer experience across Andhra Pradesh and West Bengal. The Regional Parts Centre (RPC) will play a critical role in enabling easy access to Toyota Genuine Parts and Accessories, catering to evolving service requirements. This development is also expected to generate local employment opportunities, contributing to Visakhapatnam’s broader industrial growth vision.

Commenting on the partnership, Aditi Kumar, Joint Managing Director, TVS ILP, said: “We are excited to support Toyota as they expand their footprint in South India with their maiden global parts distribution center at our Visakhapatnam Park. This showcases how our tech enabled, build-to-suit, well-connected infrastructure supports customers. Just as Toyota found value in being present at Vizag, we are confident that clients from other sectors like E-commerce, FMCG and more will also soon find value in being here. Vizag has emerged as a sought-after destination with an excellent ecosystem and favourable government incentives.”
Prakash Nair, Director, TBIS, added: “South India is an important market for us, where we have witnessed rising automobile demand in the last few years. Within this region, Visakhapatnam is a strategic hub owing to its strong port connectivity and serving as a cost-effective gateway to South and East India. This center is in line with our customer-first philosophy of enabling easy access to world-class products and services to its customers. We chose to establish our facility at TVS ILP’s Vizag Park due to its strong connectivity and scalable infrastructure. Our new center is a testament to our focus on more than just distribution- it’s about providing quality service and support that goes above and beyond expectations.”
