Lucknow/Gautam Buddha Nagar, September 9, 2025: The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) is set to commence its 20th four-day Real Estate Agent Training Program from Wednesday in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The program is being organized in collaboration with Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur, and will see participation from approximately 60 individuals.
The program will be inaugurated at 10:00 AM by Mr. Rajive Kumar, Founding Chairman of UP RERA. Senior officials from the Lucknow headquarters will also join the event via video conferencing and address the participants.
These regular training programs organized by UP RERA aim to equip real estate agents with knowledge of legal provisions related to the industry, consumer rights, transparency, and professional conduct. During the training, agents will receive detailed information on the RERA Act, the registration process, usage of the agent portal platform, and the importance of transparent practices.
This initiative seeks to foster trust and accountability in the real estate sector, ensure consumer protection, and encourage agents to adopt systematic working methods. UP RERA believes that such training programs play a vital role in making the real estate sector more transparent and consumer-centric.
