Urbania unfolds Trinity NX

An IT and ITeS project in Greater Noida West

Over 10 acres of land has been purchased for project Trinity NX and all the clearances are in place for Urbania to kick-start the construction.

In line with its avowed objective of redefining the real estate space in Greater Noida, the Urbania Group is coming up with Trinity NX, an IT and ITeS project in the region. The proposed project will be undertaken under the banner of Avdesh Infotech, a 100 per cent subsidiary of Urbainia Spaces Private Limited.

Over 10 acres of land for the project, to be located at Plot no. 6-A, Techzone – IV in Greater Noida West, has been purchased from the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority. The company has already acquired necessary approvals and clearances from the UP Government/GNIDA for the commencement of construction activities.

The Urbainia Group has been engaged in the business of construction and development of residential township, housing and commercial properties across the country with special focus on the National Capital Region. Ankur Bhatiani, a Director on the Board of Management of Urbania, brings with him over nine years of experience in the service industry. Bhatiani has earlier worked with some of the biggest brands, including Jet Airways. He has a passion towards understanding the needs of the consumers and believes in delivering flawless and untiring services.

Bhatiani is spearheading the CRM initiative in the organisation and has been a major contributor to cost-savings for the company. He also plays a strategic role in building investor relations and handling negotiations.

The person who completes the Urbania top trio is its Executive Director Shivani Gupta, a young, foreign-educated and dynamic professional. After doing her graduation in Business Management from Manipal University, Jaipur, Shivani went to the US to pursue Master of Science in Management from the prestigious Babson College in Wellesley. Thereafter, she worked for a few months in the US and then returned to India and took up marketing assignment with some top companies. She got exposed to real estate and developed strong passion for this business while working for Assotech Realty in Delhi. Today, Shivani is a hardcore realty professional with a special knack for marketing and promoting projects across the spectrum.

Besides this proficient team spearheading Urbania, the professionally-managed company also possesses a competent and experienced line-up of personnel. They have specific duties assigned to them in key areas of responsibility. The entire workforce of the company is well-qualified and highly experienced in their respective domains.
