Vedaanta Senior Living Launches Vyom, Revolutionary In-House Tech Platform to Elevate Senior Care

Bangalore, August 13, 2025: Vedaanta Senior Living, one of India’s most trusted and fast-growing senior living solution providers, has launched Vyom360, its proprietary in-house technology platform designed to enhance the quality of care, streamline daily service delivery and create safer, more responsive living experiences for seniors.
The introduction of Vyom marks a significant step forward in Vedaanta’s mission to build human-centric, tech-enabled ecosystems that offer consistency, clarity and customisation across services for seniors.
Vyom360 has been thoughtfully developed by Vedaanta’s in-house team with a singular goal: to integrate technology in a way that simplifies life for seniors while supporting operational excellence across its communities.
The platform brings together critical functions, such as food and dining, housekeeping, medical support and emergency response, all under one unified system. It enables real-time task allocation, tracks service completion, and collects resident feedback in an ongoing loop that ensures both accountability and quality. Vyom360 also includes a digital interface for residents in the form of Vyom, a user-friendly chatbot that informs seniors about scheduled services, captures preferences and allows them to share feedback or place requests effortlessly.
Far from replacing human connection, Vyom360 enables Vedaanta’s teams to shift their focus from routine coordination to meaningful one-on-one engagement with residents.
Safety remains a top priority at Vedaanta, and Vyom360 plays a pivotal role in strengthening this promise. Every unit is equipped with fixed emergency switches and portable alarm devices supported by motion sensors.
In the event of a distress call, alerts are immediately routed to both the on-site nursing team and security staff, triggering a well-defined protocol that ensures a response within five minutes. This rapid-response system offers peace of mind to residents and their families while reinforcing Vedaanta’s commitment to compassionate and timely care.
Vyom360 also supports smarter nutritional management through an integrated food card system that tracks consumption patterns and simplifies billing, adding transparency and insight for both the management and residents. On the external front, the platform is complemented by Chatbot Vyom, which enhances communication with prospective residents and families, making their first interaction with Vedaanta smooth, accessible and informative.
Vedaanta Senior Living will begin implementing its tech platform, Vyom 360, this month across all eight currently active Vedaanta communities, serving over 800 seniors. The platform will also be deployed in their new communities scheduled to launch in the coming year and is positioned to play a central role in Vedaanta’s next phase of expansion.
As the organisation scales across cities and formats, Vyom 360 will ensure consistency, operational control and a resident-first experience at every step.
Shreya Anand, Director at Vedaanta Senior Living, said, “With Vyom360, we are not just integrating technology, we are personalising it for seniors. This platform empowers our teams to deliver high-quality services efficiently while spending more time in conversation, companionship and care. It’s a blend of empathy and innovation and a foundation for the future we are building.”
For over a decade, Vedaanta Senior Living has been redefining how India approaches senior care by combining hospitality, healthcare and active community life. Today, with Vyom360, the brand reinforces its belief that technology can not only improve services but also deepen human connection. In a world that often sees technology as impersonal, Vedaanta is showing that when designed with heart, it can be the most powerful tool for care.
