Vedanta BALCO picks young leaders through ‘V-Reach’ programme

Vedanta has launched a programme called V-Reach that identifies and grooms future leaders from among its employee base to foster the next generation of leaders who will propel the company into its next growth trajectory, said a press release issued by the company.

The programme is anchored by Vedanta Vice-Chairman Navin Agarwal, it said.

Rahul Sharma, Dy. Chief Executive Officer of Vedanta Aluminium Business, on his visit to BALCO, recognised and motivated BALCO’s V-Reach leaders.

He said, “In line with Vedanta Group’s core philosophy of developing ‘Leadership from Within’, the V-Reach Programme is a great launching pad for our high potential talent, giving them opportunities for accelerated career growth.”

Abhijit Pati, CEO & Director, BALCO, who was also present at the programme, praised the selected employees and said Vedanta Group believes in empowering meritorious young leaders.
