Vianaar to launch luxury villa project in North Goa

Holiday homes developer Vianaar is launching luxury villa project La Viola in North Goa. It is a set of 14 luxury villas located at the border of Anjuna-Assagao in North Goa. Construction will start in February next year and the villas will be available for possession in December 2017.
According to a press release, the 3BHK villas are spread over an area of 3,000 sq feet and come with a private pool and garden. There is also an option for villa owners to convert this pool into a Jacuzzi at an additional cost. Spacious rooms fitted with large glass windows ensure that each room will be bright with plenty of sunlight streaming through. Each villa also has its own terrace.
The villas also come equipped with Daikin air conditioners, a modular kitchen, Villeroy & Bosch/ Hans Grohe fixtures and fittings in the bathrooms. Facilities post-construction include housekeeping, 24×7 security, concierge services and other luxury amenities.
The villas are a kilometer away from the Chapora River and the beach. Morjim beach is on the other side and the Chapora Fort is also nearby. As La Viola is located in Anjuna, it is a stone’s throw away from many well-known cafes. The night markets of Anjuna and Vagator are less than five-minute away.
