Vibez Estates Sells Out Rs 32-Crore Vibez Manor Project in Sakleshpur
Bengaluru, November 3, 2026: Agro-realty company Vibez Estates has announced the complete sell-out and Phase 1 completion of Vibez Manor, a 12-acre luxury managed farmland community located in Santhapura, Sakleshpur, according to a press release issued by the company.
Developed with a total project outlay of Rs 32 crore, the project represents a shift toward institutionalized branded vacation estates. Vibez Estates has partnered with a five-star hospitality brand to manage the property, converting individual agricultural plots into fully serviced boutique eco-tourism accommodations. The arrangement offers land owners institutional-quality maintenance, concierge services, and a rental pool mechanism to generate revenue from their properties.
Designed by architects Manjunath and Chaithra of Studio Whitescape, the 12-acre community incorporates Scandinavian architectural design within an established Western Ghats plantation ecology featuring Arabica coffee, black pepper plants, and Silver Oak and Jackfruit trees. Infrastructure completed in Phase 1 includes paved internal roads, boundary fencing, round-the-clock security, underground utilities, water distribution networks, and integrated solar power grids. On-site recreational amenities feature an open-air swimming pool, indoor and outdoor gaming zones, and a restaurant.
Following the full sell-out of the initial inventory, Vibez Estates confirmed that development activities for Phase 2 of Vibez Manor are scheduled to begin on December 1, 2026.
