Wave’s Club51, Belleville Park elicits tremendous response

NOIDA: Leading real estate firm Wave Infratech unveiled Club51, Belleville Park, the new luxury destination, at a glittering event for HNIs on July 26 at Sector 25A, Noida, along with the preview of the soon-to-be launched BMW X5.

At the unveiling ceremony, Wave Infratech also announced a limited period exclusive gift of special BMW cars for customers who booked the Belleville Park villas.

According to a press release, the company saw tremendous response on the launch and it is now left with very few villas for sale in the market.

Club51, Belleville Park at Sector 25, in the heart of Noida–Delhi NCR is a limited edition luxurious villa living experience for the privileged few in a luxurious gated community with 51 bespoke villas in sizes ranging from 300 to 500 sq. yds.

As an exclusive limited period gesture, Wave Infratech offered special BMW cars on the booking of Belleville Park villas on July 26.  A BMW 3 Series sedan comes fully loaded with the 300 sqyds Belleville Park villa; BMW Gran Turismo will be given to customers on the booking of a 375 sqyds villa and the customers of 500 sqyds villa would get the all-new BMW X5 2014 version – the latest launch from BMW.
