WeWork India Strengthens Footprint in Pune, Chennai, Adds over 2 Lakh sq ft
New Delhi, June 12, 2025: WeWork India Management Limited, a leading premium flexible workspace operator, announced the signing of leases for two new centres: WeWork EON Free Zone, Pune, and WeWork Ramanujan Intellion Park, Chennai. Located in two of the most dynamic commercial hubs, these new workspaces are set to open in the second half of FY 2025.
After entering Chennai over a year ago, WeWork India is steadily building its presence in the city with its third centre, WeWork Ramanujan Intellion Park. Spread across three floors in the Littlewood Tower with 150,000 sq ft and 2,400 desks, it is a fully customised workspace that seamlessly integrates futuristic design with Chennai’s rich heritage.
Strategically located at the start of Old Mahabalipuram Road, Chennai’s booming IT corridor, it is a fully demand-backed managed office space.

With over seven operational centres in Pune, the latest addition is spread across 60,000 sq ft. Located in one of the most sought-after neighbourhoods, Kharadi, the workspace spans two floors, featuring 1,000 desks thoughtfully designed to meet the evolving needs of businesses of all sizes.
With close connectivity to Ramwadi Metro Station and Pune International Airport and proximity to commercial hotspots like World Trade Centre and Gera Commerzone, EON Free Zone blends business convenience with lifestyle amenities.
