Whiteland Corporation Announces Early Delivery of Urban Cubes 71
Gurugram, July 31, 2024: Whiteland Corporation, announced the delivery of its first boutique high street retail destination Urban Cubes 71 in Sector 71, Gurugram. The project is delivered ahead of its scheduled timeline. Built within 2.5 years of its construction commencement in May 2022, with a total built-up area of 250,000 square feet, Urban Cubes 71 commemorates Whiteland’s foray into the Boutique Retail development in Gurugram.
Located along the 150-meter wide Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) corridor, this project houses 34 retail buildings, which seamlessly blend retail and office spaces designed to cater to a myriad of businesses.
Urban Cubes 71 is designed with a dual frontage of 950 ft. on the SPR and 300 ft on the 84-meter wide sector road offering unparalleled visibility for high street retail. It offers multiple entry and exit points for hassle-free movement and convenient surface parking. It has provisions for horizontal and vertical leasing, ensuring flexibility for businesses.
The project features a retail and F&B format with alfresco dining and a central courtyard that connects interior spaces and offers panoramic views, complemented by large terrace spaces for Rooftop dining. The central piazza spans approx 25,000 sq. ft.
Urban Cubes 71 is Gold IGBC certified.
