Will RERA give developers sleepless nights?

This  is the second in the series of what will bring investor back. Did quite a bit of research into this question with real time investors … not the theoretical ones. Many instances and pointers were quoted. We will explore them one by one. Yes, the softer subjects of branding and transparency … and more practical ones like; commercial real estate, the volatility of equities, risk adjusted returns, tangible asset values, stable income returns, portfolio diversification and Inflation hedging.But before we get to those areas … it would be pertinent to comment on the RERA, as RERA will be a major factor in bringing investments back into real estate.
