WSB Real Estate Partners Appoints Akash Rastogi as Managing Partner
Mumbai, October 21, 2026: Real estate-focused investment firm WSB Real Estate Partners has announced the appointment of Akash Rastogi as Managing Partner to lead its industrial and logistics real estate platform, according to a press release.
In his new role, Akash Rastogi will oversee investment origination, leasing, and execution across logistics and industrial parks, manufacturing facilities, data centers, and workforce housing. His responsibilities also encompass investment opportunities, acquisitions, land aggregation, joint ventures, fundraising, investor relations, and supporting real estate credit transactions across the firm’s portfolio.
Prior to joining WSB, Akash Rastogi co-founded Interlayer One Warehousing and Onstruq, and served as CEO and board member of Ample Parks. He has also held leadership positions at LOGOS India, Country Garden Holdings, ICICI Prudential AMC, Marathon Asset Management, and Citibank.
