Mumbai, September 1, 2026: Alternative investment firm WSB Real Estate Partners has announced the appointment of Jyoti Agarwal as Executive Director, effective September 1, 2026. Bringing nearly four decades of banking and financial services experience, Agarwal will lead the firm’s fundraising efforts while overseeing real estate investments, portfolio growth, and institutional relationships across the developer ecosystem, WSB Real Estate Partners said in a press release.
Prior to joining WSB Real Estate Partners, Agarwal served as President and Business Head at Kotak Mahindra Investments Limited (KMIL), the wholesale NBFC arm of the Kotak Group specializing in structured credit for corporates and real estate. She was a member of the Kotak Leadership Team and served on the Board of Directors of Phoenix ARC Limited. Over her career, she spent more than 17 years at Kotak Bank managing corporate banking operations, following an 18-year tenure at ICICI Bank handling corporate finance, supply chain finance, and stressed asset resolution.
The executive addition comes as WSB Real Estate Partners seeks to scale its real estate investment platform and deepen partnerships with institutional investors, family offices, and industry stakeholders.

Welcoming the appointment, Mohinder Pal Bansal, Director, WSB Real Estate Partners, emphasized the strategic value of her experience. “We are pleased to welcome Jyoti to WSB at an important stage in our growth journey. Her deep understanding across the BFSI spectrum, coupled with her strong institutional relationships across financial institutions and the real estate ecosystem, will add significant strength to our leadership team as we look to further scale the platform,” Bansal said.

Commenting on her new role, Jyoti Agarwal, Executive Director, WSB Real Estate Partners, noted the firm’s trajectory in real estate credit. “WSB has built a strong platform with deep expertise across real estate and credit, and I am excited to be part of its next phase of growth. I look forward to working closely with the team to strengthen our institutional relationships, build long-term partnerships with investors, and support WSB’s growth,” Agarwal stated.
