Xanadu Realty to expand to Pune
Xanadu Realty is expanding its operations to Pune “to bring a tectonic shift in one of India’s biggest realty landscapes”, said a press release.
The institutional sales and marketing solution provider for real estate companies generated over Rs 2,200-crore sales revenue for its business partners by the end of March 2021, it said further.
In the FY 2020–21, Xanadu saw more than 12 clients across 25 projects in the MMR. The company also set up a base in Bengaluru in 2020, added the release.
Vikas Chaturvedi, CEO of Xanadu Realty, said, “In the middle of the pandemic coupled with an economically unstable financial year, we have received a tremendous response in the MMR and Bengaluru regions in the first quarter of 2021, leading us to become prominent real estate marketing and sales accelerators with a strong foothold in the market.”
