YEIDA comes up with Housing Plots Scheme

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) on Monday came up with a residential plots scheme at an area near Yamuna Expressway and Jaypee Sports City in Sector 22D.

Under the scheme, housing plots between 120 sq. meters and 162 sq. meters will be open for allotment to people. The plots will be priced at Rs 14,200 per square meter. Accordingly, a 12-sq metre plot will cost Rs 17.04 lakh.

The forms for the scheme will be available at some designated banks in New Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Agra, Bulandshahr, Aligarh and some other cities. These will also be available online at www.yamunaexpresswayauthority.com.

The duly filled forms will be accepted till 5 pm on September 2, 2015.

The allotment will be made through draw of lots on November 2, 2015, the results of which will be published in newspapers.
