YEIDA draw for plots on Jan 1

Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) will hold a draw of lots for 2,200 affordable residential plots on January 1 next year, according to a published media report.
Arun Vir Singh, CEO, YEIDA, said that the plots will be spread in an area of 56 hectares in Ghanori village, which is situated at Greater-Noida and YEIDA area border. The plots will be available in three different sizes – 120, 162 and 200 square meters.
“While the 120 sqm plots number 1300, the 162 sqm plots are 500 in number and the 200 sqm plots total 400 innumber,” Singh added. The reserve price for residential plots has been fixed at Rs 15,620 per sqm. That means a 120 sqm plot would cost Rs 18.74 lakh, a 162 meter plot would cost a homebuyer Rs 25.30 lakh and a 200 sqm plot will cost Rs 31.24 lakh.
YEIDA expects to rake in Rs 700 crore from the sale of these plots. Officials said that the land is next to a six-lane arterial road connecting Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi and Ghaziabad.
