Authority’s new housing in Yamuna Expressway
Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has come up with their new housing scheme in Sector 22 A Yamuna expressway. Of the 1900 flats on offer, 1,400 flats are of 1 BHK (G+4) measuring 525 sq ft each, and 500 flats are 2 BHK (G+7) comprising 880 sq ft area. The tentative basic selling price is Rs 15.49 lakh for 1 BHK and Rs 27.96 lakh for 2 BHK. The registration amount for 1 BHK flat would be Rs.1.55 lakh and Rs.2.80 lakh for 2 BHK.
In addition for the 1 BHK flats PLC would be charged at the rate of Rs 150/sq ft for the ground floor, and Rs 100/sq ft for the first floor. Second floor onwards no PLC is applicable for 1 BHK flats. For the 2 BHK, flats applicable PLC is Rs 150/sq ft for the ground floor, Rs 100/sq ft for the first and second floor, and Rs 50/sq ft for the third and fourth floor. No PLC would be charged beyond the fourth floor. The scheme closes on March 24.
