Yugen Infra Secures MahaRERA Registration for ‘Garden of Eden’, Phase 2 of Yugen Golf City

Mumbai, January 7, 2026: Yugen Infra has received the Project Registration Certificate from the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) for their new residential plotted development, Garden of Eden, marking Phase 2 of Yugen Golf City. The location is at Village Banda, Taluka Sawantwadi, District Sindhudurg, Maharashtra, marking a major milestone achieved by the company in line with their development master plan.

Registered under MahaRERA, Garden of Eden is a residential plot development project covering a gross total land area of approximately 180,000 square meters, offering 278 luxurious residential plots. The project has been planned in a way that it would support independent villas and holiday homes, ranging in sizes based on the approved layout plan. The project lies under the greater Yugen Golf City project that has been strategically located in proximity to the MOPA influence corridor, thus ideal for second home investment, senior living, or land banking for an extended period of time.

A well-planned internal infrastructure framework has been developed, comprising internal roads, a boundary wall, water supply systems, electricity provisioning, stormwater management, underground drainage, planned green buffers, and open spaces, all incorporated in line with the approved layout norms for balanced and organised living within the township’s ecosystem.

All compulsory disclosures, approvals, layouts, and details of areas have been properly registered on the MahaRERA website. This project maintains transparency as per the RERA rules and ensures compliance with timeline standards for buyers.

On this occasion, Sheeshram Yadav, Managing Director at Yugen Infra, said, “The MahaRERA registration of Garden of Eden exemplifies our adherence to regulatory requirements and the ideals of proper development. This registration enables the home buyers to possess complete assurance with regards to the legally valid plotted development scheme, which is a part of our larger township concept.”

Being situated in the North Goa-Sindhudurg growth corridor due to location advantages, a golf-integrated township, and infrastructure-first development strategies, Garden of Eden is planned as a low-density plotted development scheme.
