Zolo’s luxury Co-living space, Zolo Triloha

New Delhi, August 29, 2022: Co-living brand, Zolo, on Monday has today launched its flagship property in the luxury segment, says a press release issued by the company. Titled Zolo Triloha, the premium co-living residence, is the largest in India spread across 120,000 sq. ft and situated in the heart of the tech corridor of Bellandur. 

The purpose-built luxury co-living space has the Zolo touch infused in every aspect staring from a warm but modern feel, to being a fully wired building that also includes a seamless Wi-Fi mesh network that is the anchor for WFH employees. 

Each floor comes with a collaboration zone where like-minded residents can meet to discuss professional matters besides a lounge to relax. The roof top comes with a Zen meditation zone and the pie`ce de res`istance is a 7000 sq. ft terrace deck cum café that has a theatre style match viewing zone and a community BBQ. There is a gym with the latest equipment and trainers. For modern day convenience, there is a Mobility Zone that supports transport connectivity and an E- Commerce Zone that provides the convenience to pick up packages when it is convenient to the resident. 

The 400 rooms Zolo Triloha is priced at 50% higher than their usual rental offerings.
