Zuari Infraworld and Gangothri Infraedge Launch Rs 3,000-Crore Housing Project in Kollur
Hyderabad, September 5, 2026: Gangothri Infra Edge Pvt. Ltd., in partnership with Zuari Infraworld India Limited, has formally launched Zuari Gangothri Tribhuja in Kollur, Hyderabad. The nine-tower luxury community, carrying an estimated sales value of approximately Rs 3,000 crore, marks a significant expansion for both developers in the city’s premium residential corridor, the two companies said in a press release..
Spread across 9.16 acres, the development offers 1,730 three- and four-BHK residences. Designed by Australian architectural firm LAVA, the project features algorithmic tower placement to optimize natural light, ventilation, and privacy, with 72 percent of the site dedicated to open spaces.
