20,000+ BHIVE Members Gain Flexibility With New ‘Work From Anywhere’ Feature

Bengaluru, August 19, 2025: BHIVE Workspace has launched “Work From Anywhere”, a city-wide mobility feature that gives members the freedom to access any BHIVE centre across Bengaluru and Mumbai. The company plans a rollout starting 1st September 2025.

“We have a strong network of 27+ prime locations in Bengaluru and have also started operations in Mumbai. I was being approached by a lot of members wanting to access multiple BHIVE centres apart from their base office location,” said Shesh Rao Paplikar, Founder and CEO, BHIVE Workspace.

“This eventually led us to develop the “Work From Anywhere Feature”, which will enable over 20,000 BHIVE members to access our city-wide centres seamlessly through the BHIVE app.”

All centres are open 24×7, including holidays, providing flexibility for work or to avoid peak traffic. In addition, the company shows how this feature unlocks amenity access across its network. Members will now be able to access any sports (like pickleball, football, cricket, badminton, etc.) or recreational zones across any BHIVE centre as part of the new feature rollout.

BHIVE is making Work From Anywhere a core part of its membership offering. The company intends to include this feature in current plans “free of cost” as part of the plan itself at launch.

Some global operators offer cross-location access; however, BHIVE’s model is more flexible due to its scale and usage rules. This makes the “Work From Anywhere” feature create a bigger impact than what BHIVE’s competitors offer.

For members, BHIVE says the feature reduces commute friction and widens everyday options: when traffic is heavy or a schedule changes, members can choose a BHIVE centre closest to them and continue working out of that centre.
