Nila Spaces Launches ‘PRANA’—First-of-Its-Kind Power Living Community at GIFT City
Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar, July 10, 2025: Nila Spaces Ltd. has announced the launch of Prana, a residential development located at GIFT City, Gujarat. Positioned as India’s first true Power Living community, PRANA introduces a new paradigm of urban life—one that is purposefully designed to energise, connect and elevate.
Nestled within India’s most future-ready smart city, the GIFT city, this development signals a bold step forward in how modern India aspires to live and thrive.
In today’s fast-paced, hyper-connected professional world, corporate burnout has emerged as a silent epidemic. According to Deloitte’s 2024 India Workforce Well-being Survey, over 77 per cent of professionals reported symptoms of burnout while nearly one in three millennials and Gen Z workers cited mental health challenges as their top concern. Long hours, digital fatigue and performance pressure are increasingly eroding well-being across sectors.
Prana was conceived as a direct response to this crisis—a sanctuary for individuals seeking to reclaim balance, focus and vitality.
Prana introduces a vertical living model that incorporates architectural elements such as natural lighting, biophilic features and structured water systems. At the core of the development is a purpose-built wellness and longevity club—one of the most expensive private wellness facilities of its kind in a residential setting in India.
Thoughtfully curated, this integrated wellness space brings together ancient mindfulness traditions, modern fitness technologies and next-generation recovery tools to support stress management, emotional resilience and everyday rejuvenation.
The project has involved collaborations with top-tier global firms. Brand identity has been shaped by Interbrand, a global brand consultancy. Architectural planning is led by Blocher Partners, a German design studio known for its functional and human-centred approach. Lifestyle services within the development will be supported by Quintessentially, a concierge service provider operating across travel, wellness, dining, education and culture.

Deep Vadodaria, CEO, Nila Spaces, said, “The intent behind PRANA was to approach urban residential development differently—bringing together design, wellness and sustainability in one integrated space. In an era where burnout is affecting nearly 8 out of 10 professionals and work-life boundaries are increasingly blurred, we felt it was time to offer an alternative.”
PRANA is that alternative—a space designed to restore what the modern world depletes. “It’s energising yet grounding, luxurious yet conscious. In a world that’s always ‘on,’ PRANA offers something rare—a daily rhythm of flow, balance and purposeful living.”
The development includes wellness amenities such as rooftop yoga spaces, meditation zones, fitness areas and shared lounges. Smart-home features, clean energy systems and co-working zones are also part of the plan. Residential configurations range from studios to 1 and 2 BHK units. Common areas include entertainment space, children’s activity zones and dining facilities managed through concierge support.
Prana is located within the GIFT City SEZ, offering proximity to office spaces, educational institutions and healthcare centres. It is intended for working professionals, expatriates and individuals seeking a residential setting with integrated well-being infrastructure, as a fit mind and body will be the signs of true luxury.
