Conscient Infrastructure Awards ₹350 Crore Construction Contract to Nagarjuna Construction Company

Gurugram, November 18, 2025: Conscient Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. has awarded a INR 350 crore construction contract to NCC Limited, a leading construction companies. This partnership marks an important milestone in the development of Elaira Residences, Conscient’s luxury residential project located in Sector 80, Gurugram.

With a legacy spanning over five decades, NCC has established itself as India’s second-largest listed construction company.

The contract encompasses the construction of 540 luxury residences planned as part of the Elaira development. Spread across 5.6 acres, Elaira Residences represents Conscient’s latest luxury offering in Gurugram. Of the 540 units, 268 apartments were launched and sold in Phase 1. Designed by global architecture and design firm Benoy (Hong Kong), the project features spacious three-bedroom residences that blend international aesthetics with sustainable design principles. Elaira is financially backed by HDFC Capital, which continues its longstanding partnership with Conscient on multiple developments.
