Leading Premium Co-Living Brand Truliv Launches in Bengaluru
Bengaluru, February 18, 2026: Premium co-living platform Truliv has formally launched in Bengaluru after making a significant impact in Chennai and gaining momentum for additional expansion in Pune and Hyderabad. Truliv introduces its hassle-free, hospitality-driven living model to India’s most competitive and demand-driven rental market with its first large-format location in Whitefield.
Bengaluru’s deep technology ecosystem and one of the biggest and fastest-growing mobile workforces in the nation have long made it a crucial market for organized co-living operators. A sizable amount of the city’s rental stock is still dispersed, heavily reliant on deposits, and has uneven service standards despite persistent demand. Many consider Truliv’s official debut in Bengaluru to be a turning point for the high-end co-living market since it offers a large-scale, expertly run, brand-led alternative.
Since its founding in 2019, Truliv has grown quickly to become one of the co-living platforms in India with the fastest rate of growth and steady profitability. With an average occupancy of over 85 per cent and more than 3,000 live beds nationwide, the company has been profitable since FY23. Truliv’s 270% year-over-year revenue growth in FY24–25 highlights the scalability and operational discipline of its built-to-suit, asset-light business model.

According to Rohit Reddy, Co-founder and CEO of Truliv, “Bengaluru has always been a strategic market for Truliv, and we were deliberate about entering at the right time and scale. The fundamentals here are extremely strong, but the experience gap remains significant.”
The Whitefield portfolio is the initial stage of Truliv’s larger city strategy and is anticipated to grow to more than 1,000 beds. In order to meet its long-term goal of having over 15,000 beds spread across seven cities by FY 28–29, the company intends to grow to over 4,000 beds in Bengaluru over the course of the next two years.
Single, double, and triple occupancy formats are available in Bengaluru from Truliv, with monthly rents ranging from INR 10,000 to INR 15,000. In-room TVs, balconies, community lounges, terrace areas, laundry services, shuttle connectivity, EV bikes, housekeeping, high-speed Wi-Fi, round-the-clock security, fully furnished rooms, and app-based rent payments and maintenance assistance are all amenities available to residents.
Truliv manages end-to-end hospitality operations under long-term agreements and works with developers who build properties that adhere to the brand’s design and operational standards. The company operates under a capital-efficient model with a strong emphasis on Built-to-Suit assets. Disciplined scaling, steady profitability across markets, and predictable earnings have all been made possible by this strategy.
