House of Hiranandani and Ajay Devgn Launch Luxury Multiplex at Thane’s Hiranandani Estate
Thane, March 19, 2026:
The House of Hiranandani has partnered with actor Ajay Devgn’s cinema venture, Devgn CineX, to launch a new luxury multiplex within the developer’s flagship 375-acre township. The facility, located at Bellona Tower within “The Walk” high-street, was officially inaugurated on March 18, 2026, marking the first time a major multiplex has been hosted within one of Thane’s largest residential communities, the company said in a press statement.

The new cinematic destination features five screens with a total seating capacity of 953 and is equipped with advanced Dolby sound and digital projection technology. The grand opening was led by Mr. Surendra Hiranandani, Chairman of House of Hiranandani, and Mr. Kumar Mangat Pathak, Co-founder of Devgn CineX and Chairman of Panorama Studios. Operations are set to commence on March 19 with the inaugural screening of the film Dhurandhar: The Revenge.
The addition of the multiplex serves a massive local captive audience of over 10,000 families residing across 150-plus towers in the Hiranandani Estate. The township is also a major commercial hub, housing offices for global entities like Tata Consultancy Services and WeWork. By integrating a high-end cinema into “The Walk,” which already hosts 35 retail and dining outlets, the developers aim to create a comprehensive lifestyle ecosystem for residents and professionals alike.

Harsh Hiranandani, Director of House of Hiranandani, highlighted the strategic importance of the launch for the community. “A multiplex was the missing piece in completing the entertainment and leisure ecosystem for the community, and we are pleased to partner with Devgn CineX to bring this experience to the township,” Hiranandani said.
Kumar Mangat Pathak, Co-founder of Devgn CineX and Chairman of Panorama Studios, expressed similar enthusiasm regarding the expansion into the Thane market. “We are delighted to partner with House of Hiranandani to bring a luxury cinematic destination to Thane’s vibrant community and look forward to welcoming audiences starting March 19,” Pathak added.
With a portfolio of over 51 million square feet of developed area across India, the House of Hiranandani continues to expand its influence beyond residential projects. This latest collaboration reinforces the group’s holistic approach to urban development, combining high-end housing with commercial, retail, and now, premium entertainment infrastructure.
