Ansals Highland Park Secures OC in Gurugram; Over 400 Units Ready for Possession
Gurugram, March 19, 2026:
Identity Buildtech Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ansal Housing Limited, has received the Occupation Certificate (OC) for a significant phase of “Ansals Highland Park.” Located in Sector-103, the approval clears the way for over 400 residential units to be handed over to homebuyers, marking the project’s transition from a construction site to an active residential community, the company said in a press statement.
The newly granted OC covers a diverse mix of housing options, including 2 BHK, 3 BHK, and 3 BHK plus utility room configurations, as well as units dedicated to the Economically Weaker Section (EWS). Strategically situated near the Dwarka Expressway, the development spans approximately 11.7 acres and is designed as a low-density group housing complex. The master plan for the project includes eight towers totaling 620 units, with the remaining towers currently progressing toward their final completion stages.
Designed with a focus on modern urban livability, Ansals Highland Park features a central green spine, landscaped courtyards, and pedestrian-friendly pathways. The developer has emphasized a balance between connectivity and community living, incorporating jogging tracks and open spaces to appeal to the evolving preferences of NCR homebuyers. The receipt of the OC is a critical regulatory step that legally permits owners to begin occupancy and move into their new homes.

Reflecting on the achievement, Kushagr Ansal, Director of Identity Buildtech Pvt. Ltd., highlighted the importance of builder credibility in the current real estate climate. “Receiving the Occupation Certificate for a majority of the towers at Ansals Highland Park is both a milestone and a moment of responsibility.
