BPTP Recognised as ‘IGBC Green Crusader’ at IGBC Greentech Summit 2026

New Delhi, March 27, 2026: BPTP Limited was formally recognized as an “IGBC Green Crusader” by the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) during the 4th Edition of the CII–IGBC GreenTech Summit 2026. The event, held on March 18 in New Delhi, served as a gathering for key stakeholders across the construction, real estate, and climate-tech industries to discuss the evolving landscape of sustainable development and environmental technology.

The accolade follows the successful registration of several BPTP projects under the IGBC Green Building Rating System, including Green Oaks Commercial 1 & 2, District Walk D, and Club 81. This rating system provides a comprehensive framework for assessing projects based on specific sustainability parameters, such as resource efficiency and environmental impact. The registration signifies that these developments have been submitted for formal evaluation against the council’s rigorous green standards.

Manik Malik, CEO & President of BPTP Limited, addressed the recognition by highlighting the company’s efforts to align with modern environmental benchmarks. “We acknowledge the recognition by IGBC for our projects registered under the Green Building Rating System. BPTP has incorporated sustainability-related features in select developments, in accordance with applicable standards.
