Noida, March 27, 2026: The ICCPL Foundation, the corporate social responsibility arm of the ICCPL Group, has concluded a comprehensive menstrual hygiene awareness and sanitary pad distribution drive across Noida and Indirapuram. Operating under the foundation’s #RahatWithICCPL initiative, the campaign spanned from International Women’s Day through the period of Navratri, aiming to bridge the gap in access to sanitary products while dismantling the long-standing stigma associated with menstrual health, the Foundation said in a press statement.

The drive focused on direct community engagement to discourage the use of unsafe alternatives and promote hygienic practices. By timing the conclusion of the outreach with Navratri, the foundation sought to align the traditional honoring of “Shakti” with practical actions that support the health and dignity of women in their daily lives. Beyond the distribution of products, the initiative placed a heavy emphasis on education as a primary tool for long-term behavioral change in areas where conversations regarding reproductive health remain limited.

Ambika Saxena, CEO of ICCPL Foundation, highlighted that the effort was designed to be a sustained commitment rather than a one-time event. “For us, initiatives under #RahatWithICCPL are not campaigns; they are commitments we carry forward with intent and empathy. This menstrual health effort was designed to move beyond symbolic observances and focus on consistent, on-ground engagement. Extending from Women’s Day to Navratri, it allowed us to connect two important moments through a shared purpose: supporting women in ways that are practical and relevant. Menstrual hygiene remains an area where awareness and access need to go hand in hand. Through this effort, we aimed to contribute in a small but meaningful way by encouraging informed choices, addressing everyday challenges, and engaging directly with communities where such conversations are still limited,” Saxena stated.

The foundation has a history of community-led interventions under the #RahatWithICCPL banner, including previous winter relief efforts such as blanket distribution for the homeless. Moving forward, the ICCPL Foundation intends to scale its health and dignity programs, seeking wider participation from other organizations to strengthen the support network for women’s health across the National Capital Region.
