Emperium Group Launches ‘Emperium Titan’ on Dwarka Expressway; Sets New Benchmark for Ultra-Premium Living in Gurugram
Gurugram, April 4, 2026:
Real estate developer Emperium Group has announced the launch of its latest ultra-premium residential project, ‘Emperium Titan,’ located in Sector 88A on the Dwarka Expressway. The development, which spans a 1.03-acre land parcel, is estimated to have a top-line revenue potential of ₹170 crore. The project features a low-density configuration consisting of 74 fully air-conditioned 3 BHK residences, each measuring 1,906 sq. ft., complemented by 20 high-street retail units. In a move toward pricing transparency, the group has implemented a flat cost structure, with all residential units fixed at ₹2.45 crore, the company said in a press statement.

Ravi Saund, Founder & Director of Emperium Group, highlighted the core philosophy guiding the new development. “We’ve always worked with three principles at Emperium: Apnapan, Sustainability, and Innovation. They drive our decisions on design, construction, and delivery timelines. For Titan, we’re using Mivan construction technology because it gives us better structural quality and helps us stick to deadlines. But the bigger goal isn’t just good engineering, it’s creating homes where people feel they belong. We want spaces that last, that are legacy worthy. That’s what Titan represents for us,” Saund stated.
The project distinguishes itself through its IGBC Platinum rating, the highest green building certification in India. Sustainability features include solar panels for common areas, rainwater harvesting, EV charging infrastructure, and the use of low-VOC materials to maintain indoor air quality. Residents will have access to ‘Club 360,’ which offers a range of amenities including a gym, yoga studio, swimming pool, pickleball court, and a rooftop running track. The location offers significant connectivity advantages, placing Medanta Hospital within 10 minutes and Cyber City or the international airport within 20 minutes.
The launch of Emperium Titan further expands the company’s footprint in Haryana, where it has maintained a 100% ahead-of-schedule delivery record. To date, the group has handed over 1.68 million sq. ft. across more than 14 projects in Gurugram, Panipat, and Yamuna Nagar. Following this latest launch, Emperium Group has set a target to deliver an additional 3.23 million sq. ft. of development over the next three years.
