Royale Estate Group Delivers North India’s First Integrated Industrial Township in Record 22 Months
MOHALI – The Royale Estate Group has officially commenced the possession rollout for the Mohali Industrial Economic Zone (MIEZ). The 150-acre project, recognized as the region’s first integrated industrial township, was completed within a record-breaking 22-month timeline. This rapid execution sets a new industry benchmark for planning precision and speed in the development of large-scale industrial infrastructure, the company said in a press statement.
Envisioned as a future-ready ecosystem, MIEZ integrates high-end industrial facilities with sophisticated urban planning. The development is equipped with over 7 lakh square feet of concrete roads built to national expressway standards, alongside a robust support network of power supplies, integrated security, and water drainage systems. Notably, the project is backed by a 100% registered land status and a debt-free structure, ensuring a secure environment for incoming enterprises.
The strategic significance of the township is further enhanced by its location, situated just 20 minutes from Airport Chowk with direct frontage on NH-205A and proximity to the Bharat Mala corridor. These logistics advantages have already fueled a surge in interest, with the micro-market recording a twofold increase in activity over the last two years. The zone is designed to accommodate a diverse range of enterprises, offering plot sizes from 500 square yards to 5 acres for industries across the green, yellow, and orange categories.
