Prateek Group’s New Sector 150 Project in Noida to Generate Over 2,000 Jobs
Noida, October 16, 2026: Real estate developer Prateek Group has initiated on-site construction for its upcoming project in Sector 150 along the Noida Expressway ahead of the official sales launch, according to a press release. The development is among the first in Noida to begin construction before the sales process commences, underscoring the company’s focus on project preparedness and execution.
The project is expected to generate employment for over 2,000 people across construction, engineering, security, facility management, and allied services. Beyond direct workforce engagement, the ongoing construction activity is projected to create demand for building materials, transportation, logistics, and service contractors, offering business opportunities for suppliers, distributors, and vendors across the region.
The localized economic activity is also expected to benefit small enterprises, food outlets, transport providers, and service contractors in surrounding areas as workforce requirements grow.
