CREDAI NCR-Ghaziabad Announces New Leadership Team with Rakesh Kumar Agarwal as President
Ghaziabad, April 17, 2026: The CREDAI NCR-Ghaziabad chapter has announced the election of its new leadership team, appointing Rakesh Kumar Agarwal as the organization’s President. Agarwal, who serves as the Managing Director of Vasu Infrastructure Private Limited, will lead the chapter in its efforts to coordinate with regional stakeholders and government bodies, the organization said in a press release.
The new executive committee includes Vice Presidents Manish Jain, Managing Director of MCC Realtors Pvt. Ltd.; Pankaj Kumar Jain, Director of KW Group; and Sunil Kumar Goyal, Managing Director of Numax Realcon Pvt. Ltd. Administrative responsibilities will be handled by Secretary Jaypal Singh Chauhan, Managing Director of MRJV Construction Company, and Joint Secretary Kushagra Sharma, Director of Prasu Buildcon LLP. P.C. Gupta, Director of Highend Infratech Pvt. Ltd., has been named the chapter’s Treasurer.
The incoming leadership has stated its intent to focus on improving quality standards and consumer confidence within the Ghaziabad real estate market. The team’s agenda includes the acceleration of development projects and the implementation of strategies to attract new investment to the region.
Outlining the chapter’s objectives, President Rakesh Kumar Agarwal stated: “CREDAI GZB will work closely with government departments and sector stakeholders to address regulatory hurdles, accelerate reforms, and support the growth of a modern, sustainable, and robust real estate ecosystem. The new committee will prioritise speed and transparency, with a focus on promptly addressing industry-critical issues, resolving policy bottlenecks, and taking up ongoing regulatory concerns with the authorities.”
