The Address Maker Group Names Unitern as Strategic Partner for Mumbai and Bengaluru Expansion
Mumbai, May 5, 2026: The Address Maker Group, a prominent name in Indian real estate development, has officially appointed ArisUnitern RE Solutions Private Limited (“Unitern”) as its strategic Business Development and Land Advisory partner. This collaboration is designed to spearhead the Group’s aggressive growth strategy within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and Bengaluru markets. Unitern, a subsidiary of the BSE/NSE-listed ArisInfra Solutions Limited, will lead the identification and acquisition of new project opportunities to bolster the Group’s regional pipeline, the company said in a press release.
In this role, Unitern will function as an integrated extension of The Address Maker Group’s leadership team. The firm will manage the entire land transaction lifecycle, including identifying high-potential sites, conducting detailed micro-market assessments, performing due diligence, and handling complex deal structuring and negotiations. The mandate covers a wide array of transaction types, including outright land purchases, Joint Development Agreements (JDA), Joint Ventures (JV), and various redevelopment schemes such as housing societies, MHADA, and SRA projects in Mumbai.
The partnership aims to cover diverse product segments including plots, villas, apartments, and row houses, alongside Development Management (DM) opportunities. By leveraging Unitern’s extensive network, the Group intends to source deals through both off-market and brokered channels. This move underscores a commitment to scaling operations through institutional-grade land advisory services, ensuring that new developments meet the rigorous standards expected by the Group’s stakeholders.
