New Delhi, May 9, 2026: Gateway Distriparks Limited (GDL), a multimodal logistics player in India, has released its financial results for the quarter ending March 31, 2026. The company reported a total throughput of 188,179 TEUs for Q4, representing a 1.98% increase compared to the same period last year. While the CFS vertical saw a marginal dip of 0.27%, the rail vertical drove growth with a 4.21% increase. On a year-to-date basis, the company showed stronger momentum, with total throughput rising 5.43% to reach 764,065 TEUs for the full fiscal year, the company said in a press release.

The financial data for the quarter showed total revenue at Rs. 533.7 crores, a slight decrease from the Rs. 534.9 crores recorded in Q4 FY25. Net profit for the quarter (PAT) stood at Rs. 63.7 crores, down 6.07% year-on-year. However, the annual performance remained robust, with total revenue for FY26 jumping 31.61% to Rs. 2,211.8 crores and EBITDA growing 19.31% to Rs. 497.5 crores. These figures include the impact of the consolidation of Snowman Logistics, which transitioned from an associate company to a subsidiary in late 2024.

Addressing the results, Prem Kishan Dass Gupta, Chairman & Managing Director, highlighted the external challenges that affected the final quarter of the year. “The company’s performance for the first 9 months was strong, however Q4 has been impacted by the West Asia crisis. Volumes remain subdued, as customers do not have enough clarity on when the Middle East conflict will end. However, we still remain hopeful that trade volumes will grow in the medium to long term, with the trade deals that India continues to sign with other countries,” Gupta stated.

Looking toward future growth, the company is diversifying its operations and expanding its infrastructure. GDL has commenced the movement of steel coils from Ankleshwar and is actively increasing volumes within its domestic segment. Beyond current operations, the firm is constructing a new Inland Container Depot (ICD) at Indore and remains on the lookout for further expansion. “We are still exploring more opportunities in both greenfield and asset light models. We are also looking to expand the warehouse network of Snowman Logistics – both through owned as well as asset-light build to suit the model,” Gupta added.
