The event took place on May 13–14 at the Jio Convention Center and drew over 3,000 visitors, including leaders from more than 1,000 brands. The exhibition focused on two main properties. Grandthum was presented as a high-energy commercial hub featuring a “high-street” design that makes it easy for people to move around and interact with shops. At the same time, ONE FNG was highlighted as a premium retail ecosystem built to keep customers engaged and help brands grow their long-term value. Both projects move away from the idea of retail as just a place to buy things, focusing instead on the overall experience.

Industry experts, including franchise operators and retail brand owners, met with the Group 108 team to discuss the future of shopping spaces. The group explained that successful retail today requires smart spatial planning and a deep understanding of consumer behavior. The showcase was a key part of the convention’s larger conversation about how technology and physical design work together to create better shopping environments.

Sanchit Bhutani, Managing Director of Group 108

Sanchit Bhutani, Managing Director of Group 108, explained the company’s approach during the event. He said, “Retail is no longer defined by location alone; it is shaped by the experience it delivers. What we are building at Grandthum and ONE FNG is not just retail space, but environments that encourage engagement, strengthen brand presence, and create long-term value. PRC has been an important platform to engage with brands that share this forward-looking outlook.”

The event concluded with Group 108 gaining significant attention for its focus on immersive retail. By creating spaces that align with what modern brands and customers expect, the company is helping to set a new standard for commercial real estate. Their participation at PRC 2026 highlights a clear commitment to building the next generation of shopping destinations.
