Divyansh Group Marks 25 Years With 5.7 Million Sq Ft Delivery; Plans 2,200 New NCR Homes
New Delhi, May 16, 2026: Real estate developer Divyansh Group has announced the successful delivery of over 5.7 million square feet of residential space across Ghaziabad, Noida, and other key NCR micro-markets. The announcement coincides with the company celebrating 25 years of operations since its inception in 2001, during which it has focused on catering to mid and upper-mid-income homebuyers.
Over the past two and a half decades, the group has built a robust portfolio of residential projects and builder floors. Its completed developments include Divyansh Onyx, Divyansh Flora, Divyansh Fabio, Divyansh Arc Angels, Ska Divya Tower, and Skardi Greens. Company officials stated that these projects underscore their ongoing commitment to timely delivery, quality construction, and modern design tailored to evolving family needs, Divyansh Group said in a press release.
Reflecting on the company’s journey, Chanderjeet Pathak, Chairman of Divyansh Group, emphasized the foundational values driving their operations. “True success is not just about the scale of projects but delivering them with integrity and quality. This includes active projects such as Divyansh Green Heights and Divyansh Orion Homes, alongside upcoming ventures in Siddharth Vihar, Hapur, and Wave City.
As part of its next phase of growth, Divyansh Group aims to complete and deliver more than 2,200 new homes over the next three years. This targeted delivery looks to solidify the company’s foothold in the competitive Delhi-NCR property market while continuing to meet regional housing demands, the press release added.
