Brigade Group’s BuzzWorks Enters Mysuru With First Grade-A Workspace; Outlines Aggressive 2026 Expansion
Bengaluru, May 16, 2026: BuzzWorks, the premium managed office and co-working arm of the Brigade Group, has officially entered the Mysuru market with the launch of a new facility at Brigade Vantage on Vinoba Road. The move marks the brand’s strategic foray into an emerging technology ecosystem, aiming to bridge a prominent deficit of Grade-A managed office facilities in the city, the company said in a press release.
The newly unveiled centre houses over 500 seats and is situated within the 1.3 lakh square foot Brigade Vantage commercial campus. The workspace has been constructed to integrate modern, enterprise-ready infrastructure with design aesthetics influenced by Mysuru’s local cultural heritage. The launch forms the first step of a broader regional blueprint designed to capture rising demand from Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and fast-growing startups.

Following the Mysuru launch, BuzzWorks is set to quickly scale its footprint across South India. Additionally, sustained occupier demand has driven the company to expand its existing operations within the World Trade Center (WTC) campus at the Brigade Gateway Complex in Rajajinagar. This aggressive roadmap comes on the heels of the company achieving over 100% growth compared to the last fiscal year, with targets in place to double its total portfolio in the current financial year.
Beyond Karnataka, BuzzWorks is preparing for its maiden entry into the Chennai market at Brigade Tech Boulevard. Company executives noted that the Chennai expansion is timed to leverage the city’s 25% surge in GCC activity alongside its strong position in automotive engineering and BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) leasing. Across all upcoming locations, the brand intends to offer a distributed real estate portfolio designed to cater to a rapidly changing corporate workspace ecosystem, the press release added.
