Mumbai, May 20, 2026: Structural consultancy firm Perceptive Ideas has announced the successful completion of its engineering role for ngside fine dining venues, extensive banqueting spaces, a spa, a fitness center, and a rooftop swimming pool. The hotel’s design draws inspiration from Mumbai’s architectural heritage and mid-century modern aesthetics, Perceptive Ideas said in a press release.
Perceptive Ideas provided comprehensive structural engineering and design services to support the project’s ambitious architectural vision. The firm’s scope of work included developing an efficient foundation design, engineering a durable structural system capable of supporting heavy loads, and seamlessly interfacing with complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and architectural systems to ensure long-term structural integrity and safety.
