PNC Infratech Announces FY26 Financial Results; Consolidated Full-Year Net Profit Rises to ₹832 Crore

New Delhi, May 21, 2026: Infrastructure development company PNC Infratech Limited has announced its standalone and consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and the full fiscal year ended March 31, 2026.
On a consolidated basis, the company reported a total revenue of ₹1,617 crore for Q4 FY26, with an Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) of ₹277 crore. The consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter stood at ₹108 crore, which includes a net-of-tax gain of ₹19 crore realized from the monetization of a Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) asset during the period, the company said in a press release.
For the full fiscal year FY26, PNC Infratech’s consolidated revenue reached ₹5,368 crore, while EBITDA stood at ₹1137 crore. The company’s full-year consolidated PAT climbed to ₹832 crore, up from ₹815 crore in FY25. The FY26 profit figure includes a substantial gain of ₹337 crore, net of tax, accumulated from the monetization of 12 HAM assets over the course of the fiscal year.
On a standalone basis, the company posted a Q4 FY26 revenue of ₹1,458 crore, an EBITDA of ₹175 crore, and a PAT of ₹100 crore. For the twelve months ended March 31, 2026, standalone revenue was ₹4,633 crore, EBITDA was ₹583 crore, and PAT was ₹344 crore. The standalone full-year profit includes a ₹5 crore gain realized from the sale of equity shares in PNC Bareilly Nainital Highways Private Limited.
The prior fiscal year’s financials (FY25) had included significant one-time inflows, such as a ₹56 crore bonus from the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) and major arbitration awards from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) received through the company’s Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs).
